Cast Acrylic Sheet, 0 .118" Thick, TL Light Blue, 12" x 12" Size

This is by no means thin acrylic that you get with cheap poster frames. Nice thick clear heavy weight acrylic. It was shipped to me in an oversized box packed with kraft paper. Each sheet of acrylic was covered on both sides with protective masking. The acrylic is crystal clear. Only con is that it was slightly undersized for my frames, so I needed to add spacers to center it.

Dimensions were accurate, the plexiglass was coated with protective paper on both sides, and there wasn't a scratch on it. It even proved to be more resistant to chipping when worked (drilled) than I was expecting. I purchased the .1875 x 12 x 24 size, and am using it as a lid for a custom portable workstation. It's quite rigid and as clear as glass. I'm pleased with the purchase.

I purchased this item because it said it was translucent. I didn't know until I cut the product that it was not translucent. The label on the item says translucent light blue. Extremely disappointed. This product is of no value to me.

Perfect piece to take pictures on whether its jewelry, handbags to pretty much anything!! I purchased to take pictures of jewelry for my shop and it's made each piece pop! Unlike using any material to take pics on, with this acrylic you don't have to worry about lint, dust & what not...The only maintenance I have to do before starting pics is to give it a quick wipe down. At first I was worried about scratching it when laying down any hard objects on it but it's really stood up! I'm still careful when putting anything on it but that's just my OCD.....hahaIt arrives with paper protecting it on each side. I removed the paper from 1 side only so that (if) at anytime 1 side does get scratched up....I can just remove the paper from the flip side and BAAM....have a brand new one again. 😃Highly recommended for anyone taking pictures to sell online. Brings your pictures up to a more professional look!!

The thickness is consistent more or less (measure using digital calipers to the +-.001). arrived packaged in the bottom the box with packing paper on top of it.Was chipped on three sides and had noticeable dings on one half some in the middle of the sheet. I was able to mold and cut the sheet no problem. So that was good. Overall good product, just more than a bit disappointed that 15% of the sheet wasn't usable for my purposed because of the dings.

The order was filled quickly and shipped quickly. The quality of the acrylic was great as expected and comes with protective paper that comes away clean and easy. I can't think of a single thing that isn't good, except that as you order larger pieces the price increases dramatically. I ordered two sheets of 12X24 and the price was better than I could find anywhere. However I had to order some larger pieces elsewhere because it was much more through this vendor.Can't say enough good things about the shipping though, these came faster than anything else I ordered at the same time on Amazon. Exactly as described. Measured thickness at all corners was 0.177". Outside dimensions were exact. Excellent sawing characteristics (no melting) confirmed that it was indeed *cast* acrylic, as advertised. Arrived fast, and I couldn't be happier with it.

While the product appears to be of very high quality, I was shipped exactly the wrong item. I ordered clear, I received black. I was going to use this to make a motorcycle windshield, but black will not work for this purpose in any way. However, Amazon's return policy was very helpful, as I did not have to pay for shipping to have the item returned and my money refunded. The item shipped well and is well protected, with a few small holes going through the paper-like substance they put over the acrylic sheet to protect it. If shipping conditions are rough, it may be of concern, but the product seems undamaged. The .125 inch thickness seems very durable so that it would hold up well in windy conditions that a person will experience at high speeds on a motorcycle.A great product, if only it was the same product that I ordered.
