I need in 24 volts for a european truck, do you have?

It will probably just wind up and down twice as fast.

Do these last any longer, or are they any more powerful than the kits selling at half the price?

They do lack some power , especially in cold weather.

What is the fuse requirement and does it come with a fuse holder / wiring kit ?

There was no fuse attachment or wiring harness that came with the kit. The mod on my truck was originally done by an alarm shop that specializes in aftermarket addons. I bought this to replace the original that was broken. This was the same brand they used and is for converting your manual window opener to a powered one and must be installed with a window switch and harness sold seprately. The harness/fuses I am guessing comes with the window switch/kit.
