Product not stored correctly? Not edible.

Sadly my dog could not eat this batch!!We tried crunching it up you name it but the biscuits were rock solid!!! Might have been stored in too cold temperature?? Very disappointing as my dog loves Chappie and he is a lab so will eat everything but this was so hard he couldn’t chew them and refused to eat fora couple of days until we changed the bag! We still have the bag as very large not sure what to do with it now? Wouldn’t like to take it to a rescue centre either to be honest so stuck with it??
