I really like this bidet. I've traveled to Japan and Korea for work in the past and most hotels have them. When I remodeled my bathroom years ago, I put an electrical outlet near the toilet for eventually getting a bidet. The price point on this one is good. I received on Monday 1/20/2025 and installed on 1/21/2025.What I like:1. Water filter - I am on well water and the water goes through a whole house filter and a water softener and the filter with the bidet is the third filter.2. Installation was relatively easy. The trick on getting the rubber plugs in the toilet holes is to use dishsoap to get the rubber plug to the bulging area. Then screw in the screws a little bit and press on the screws. They slipped right in. It took a bit of work to figure this out, so hope it helps the next person. Also a little trial and error on getting the Bidet on the plastic bracket and in the right position, but not that difficult.3. Pairing the remote was easy using the side knob. Just press the side knob for about 5 seconds and a beep with the toilet screen flashing, then press any button on the remote.4. Nightlight is nice. Not sure how much I will use it but looks cool in the dark.5. Remote has better graphics. Instead of hip wash, now reads rear wash. Instead of Wash Woman, now reads Feminine Wash. It comes with sticky 3M tape to just press to the wall, no drilling or need for screws. I will keep the instruction booklet by the toilet until I get used to it.6. Heated seat and hot air drying. Great feature and works great for me.I have not used the round knob on the side since the remote works. I guess first time the remote has dead batteries, I will use it.What is just OK.1. I have a small bathroom where this is installed and I have a round toilet to maximize floor space. That being said, the toilet seat opening is a little small but I'm OK with it as my previous plain toilet seat had a small opening too.Overall, I give it 5 stars since everything was functional and I had no problems. I hope it lasts!

Installation was pretty straight forward for me. I have experience with various water projects. Only thing that slowed me down was just getting the mounting base set correctly for the seat to fit right on a round toilet. This is my first bidet so playing with all the functions was entertaining. I liked the warm water temps and the Auto feature. Heated seat is not a big deal to me, but wife loves not having a cold shock first thing in the morning. The Air Dryer gets very hot even on the lowest settings so be careful. Like a previous reviewer posted, if you have dangly bits between your legs, be careful when you sit. The seat opening is shifted forward about half an inch or so, so you can get a cold shock when they touch the cold porcelain. Build quality seems good so far, I will update if this changes. I love the remote with its easy to understand functions.

I have had several bidets and my only complaint about this one is the water pressure. It is OK, but not nearly as strong, or the option to be as strong, as other models.Other than that it works great, installation was simple.For the small opening, this is one of the very few bidets that fits a small round toilet so while it is small, it is the tradeoff of having a smaller toilet.

The media could not be loaded. After looking at several full bidet toilets I decided to try this electric bidet toilet seat. As purchasing a full bidet toilet minimum price was average $400, so getting two of these where the price of one. I purchased 2 of these electric bidet toilet seats and the installation was quick and easy, it took about an hour for the first install and 30 minutes to install the second one. After a month of using these I am pleased. The water pressure is great, and all of the functionalities of the bidet work perfectly (heated seat, heated blower, remote control, lighting). I had to get an electric outlet installed in my master bathroom as I didn’t want to have a cord showing and I wanted a clean looking install. I saw a few reviews complaining about the toilet not fitting properly but I saw on that review an oval/oblong bidet placed on a round toilet . You have to purchase the correct seat for your shaped toilet. So far I give this bidet toilet seat 5 stars ⭐️, the only thing missing on this bidet that a full bidet toilet would offer is the motion sensor that automatically lifts the seat when approaching. This seat does have a slow release to the down position which is nice!! The remote is a nice have which can be placed on the wall and there is also function capability from the bidet unit on the side of the seat.

Great addition to our master bath. My wife had abdominal surgery and had difficulty twisting, so I installed this to make things easier for her. Installation was quick and straightforward. Maybe 20 minutes. Works very well and she loves the heated seat. Only minor issue, is the feminine wash feature doesn't come out quite far enough, but her friends that other units, said that is a common issue. Very nice unit and looks great.

Worked fine for exactly 6 months and the spray nozzle won’t spray any water although it has water dribbling down the nozzle (coming from the arm that connects to the inside of the bidet). Not sure what the issues is. I’ve owned a couple different Brondell and BioBidet’s with no issues. Will stick to brand names with a longer warranty then 6 months. Amazon says even the window to speak to someone has closed. So now we have a heated seat. With the cost to install and the price of the product that was an expensive 6 months.

An absolute treasure! Everyone in the family loves the heated seat. It works great, with several modes and the ability to very easily customize the water and drying temp to your preferences. Super easy to clean as well
