Beware: this seller is fraud and charges restocking fee for defective items
The charger was heating up and was returned. I am charged restocking fee as the item is returned in an unreliable condition. Ofcourse it's unreliable but not because of me.. it was defective. Now I have to pay restocking fee.. for what .. trashing a defective item?

Missing the wall plug cable
When I received my package and opened it up the wall adapter cable wasn’t with the brick. Lucky I had 1 on hand. I have a ROG strix scar 16 and it fit perfectly. Other than the missing cable this charger is great. Perfect fit.

Big Power Output for Zephyrus-Duo-16 - Works Great!
Our nephew has a power-hogging Asus Zephyrus-Duo-16 laptop. It's kind of amazing how much they packed into a laptop, but then the thing was almost 4 grand new, so we think he might be a little over-dedicated to gaming. LOL. OK, so this thing needs power in more than one location and we got him this charger. He rushed over today as soon as it arrived and has it charging right now. It's great, he reports, smiling as he plays some kind of wargame with tanks and planes. LOL.So we had to find an outlet in the house that was 20 amps to be sure that if this charger peaked at its rated 16.5 amps it wouldn't blow a circuit breaker on a 15 amp wall socket. Never ceases to amaze me how powerful laptops have gotten. Well, this charger has POWER TO MATCH. It really pumps it out. It does get a bit warm when it's peaking its output, but nothing that you can't hold in your hand.Charger itself has a good quality, heavy plastic housing and cords long enough to travel with, although our understanding of his plan is to leave a charger in each of two locations and just bring the laptop back and forth between them. (I guess he doesn't want to buy another one of these laptops for another 4 grand. LOL. But that's fine because this is a NICE CHARGER. It's well crafted and everything is tight-fitting and solid. Plugs into the laptop securely and its own power cable securely too. He's running the thing full bore on the game and at the same time he is seeing his battery charge right up, so we know that this charger will put out all that ASUS's most power-hungry laptop can slurp up. Works great. He is very happy, and we think it's a good quality unit that will last a long time. Ergo, we recommend this nice charger.

Quickly stopped working
I have a G18 and need it chargeable in two places so I picked this up. Things worked ok for a few months but now that it is of course not returnable/refundable it has stopped working entirely. My standard ASUS charger works just fine so I know it is this one that is the problem. For the price this thing should just work. Very frustrating.

It works well
I use my ROG laptop in two main locations and wanted a second charger so I didn't have to move it back and forth. But they aren't cheap for the original. So I got this. The original is 280w so I even got a bit of extra power in case I upgrade the laptop down the road. The only two differences I can see is the logo that the original one has and the original has a velcro strap on both cords while this one only has it on the output cord.Botht his one and the original are very heavy (which is why I didn't want to move it around). It feels like it's well made. The plastic doesn't feel cheap and both of the cords feel like they are made from quality pvc insulation.

Exactly replaces the original power supply
We somehow managed to bend irreparably the low-voltage plug on the original power supply. Since this replacement power supply is relatively inexpensive, it didn't seem worth the trouble to acquire and solder on a new plug. This is an exact replacement for my Asus laptop.

Works as expected for 280 W (can’t test 330 W)
This charger works as a replacement for an ASUS laptop that uses a 280 W power supply, charging the battery and powering the laptop without any issues, even with CPU- and GPU-intensive activity. However, 280 W is the highest power draw of the ASUS laptops I have, so I can’t confirm that it also works reliably for laptops that draw 330 W.The charger didn’t get unusually warm or anything during heavy activity, and it has various certification logos on the back, including the CE logo indicating compliance with EU regulations. There’s also a TÜV logo, indicating that it passed testing in Germany, but no UL logo.Overall, based on my testing, this charger works as expected, and I can recommend it.
