NOT keyed the same.
Ordered two new door handles and for liability reasons had to pay to have them installed. Once installed, I discovered they were NOT keyed the same as advertised in their description. Now I have to pay my locksmith to re-key one of them. If ordering more than one set be sure to double check the keys before installing them! Overall, I'm very happy with the quality, I just wished they were keyed the same as advertised.Very disappointed.After my initial review, the seller contacted me. They said they would update the lock description and remove "multiple locks ordered at the same time will be keyed alike". As an apology, the seller refunded my purchase price to offset the cost of having my lock re-keyed.I was very impressed with their after sales service.

These are working great
I use these on my garage entry doors. So much more sturdy than box store handles. It has only been a couple of months but they have been great so far.

Solid Lock with Minor Installation Quirk
Overall, I’m happy with this door lock. It arrived in good shape and feels like a quality product, the knob itself is sturdy and has a nice finish.The only issue I ran into was during installation. The locking mechanism didn’t quite click into place the way it was supposed to, which made setup a bit trickier than expected. I was able to find a workaround and got it installed without too much trouble, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as it could’ve been.That said, once installed, everything works great and the lock feels secure. I’d give it 4 stars, docking one just for the minor install hiccup. Still a good product and I’d consider buying it again.

These worked great and were semi easy to install. Directions were not great but youtube helped and was able to get it without any issues.
