Great on my door!
Tried to source a seal locally but they were all the T style channel and my door uses this bead style. Slid in super easy and fits very well.

Garage Seal Insertion
This seal was a perfect fit for my daughter’s garage. I inserted it in the tracks and was able to inch it along using garage door lubricant. It took an hour and a half to finish the 18ft. It would be easier if two people were doing the task. One to hold the seal in its tracks and the other to pull it along. With one person ( like I did it) it is hard to pull it along and keep the seal in the tracks. Two people would shorten the time and make it easier. Make sure you get the right seal.

Worked great on my Delden garage door
This was a perfect fit for my Delden garage door. I sprayed the old gasket down with some silicone spray lube along the tracks and I was able to slide it out pretty easily. It also made installing the new seal quite a bit easier. This new seal does a much better job at closing up the gaps along the bottom of the door. It had a couple feet of extra length, I was able to trim it using scissors. This can be installed with one person but easier if you have one person to feed the gasket while someone else pulls it in.

Does the job
Perfect fit and seems to be made well. I expect a decent life span from this seal. Install wasn’t that bad either.

Replaced the old seal - time will tell
My review on the "product" is that it arrived promptly, as described, and appears to be of good quality. My problem was the garage door metal track that holds the rubber in place, NOT the rubber seal. There are two metal grooves on the bottom of the door. One groove was fine and the edge of the seal would slide into and down the track with ease. The other track was either damaged or manufactured improperly because the seal edge would not go in smoothly. I tried both ends of the track - same problem. It was a struggle to do it by myself, but I got the rubber seal installed on the door. It looks much better than the old "hard" piece and I think it will stop water/debris.

Fit my Wayne Dalton Thermowayne 36
I have lived in my house 12 years and never really noticed how bad my garage door seal was. It could be the original from 1997. Well my door is old and I could not find a part number or manual to help figure out what to replace it with. I have a Wayne Dalton Thermowayne 36 and I cut some of the old seal off so I could figure out which style of seal to order. I ordered this one and it looked pretty much the same. I just got it an hour ago. I walked out to my old and dirty garage door. I ripped out the old one like an impatient child. I hit the channel with a rusty wire brush really quick and then stuck the straw from my WD40 into each channel and slid the straw across my 16 foot door. I used a screwdriver to widen the ends of each channel a bit. I dipped my vinyl glove in soap and started to feed the new 18 foot seal into the channel. I did it in about 10 minutes. I left about 1.5 inches of overhang on each side since some people said the seal shrank a bit. I have open and closed the door a few times and it works great. No light coming through to the inside anymore. Once it shrinks a bit I will use nice grips to pinch the ends of the channel tight again. Hope this helps others that have an old Wayne Dalton door that has a few dents and dings but does the job and just needs a new seal.

Didnt last!
I was originally happy about product but there's no wear and it didn't LAST! Was difficult to put on and now it keeps coming off. Very annoying.
