Nice to hold, well balanced pen
Build quality is excellent. Pen is on the heavier side but well balanced. I got the medium nib version but it writes finer than say, Cross Bailey Light medium nib. Ink adapter is included, which is a good thing. Two cartridges are also provided. Finger grip part is steel. Feels good to hold but gets easily marked by fingerprints. If you are planning on your first fountain pen the Cross Bailey Light would be a better choice. But cartridges for that or even a converter is very difficult to find.

Nice fountain pen with decent weight. Writes well. Box contains 2 cartridges and converter.

Worth the price.
This is my most expensive pen i own and feels totally worth it.Likes:1.Robust premium metallic design.2.Beautifully engraved solid nib.3.Very wet pen with consistent flow.4.Cartridge converter and 2 cartridge included in pack5. Oh that satisfactory ‘click’ when you close the cap.Dislikes1. You take it out and everyone notices.P.S- those who are buying it, please use it as much as you can. These pieces are not to be bought and just kept in showpiece (as most of us indians do). Let’s pay Walter Sheaffer some respects

Not as per cost
Doesn't write as smooth and writes very light. Not worth.

Good as Expected
Well made, Stylish and Comfortable. In the description, it shows Medium nib, but I got the pen that shows Fine nib. But I like the performance - the pen writes smoothly.Nib is stiff - No bounce (no flex).I got this for Rs.2160.Hope this is a very good Deal 👍.

Scratchy nib
I gifted this pen to my husband on his birthday, sadly he returned this to me because the nib was too scratchy. The replacement window had already closed by then, so could not replace it. He prefers Waterman pens now which are far smoother. And now I am stuck trying to scratchily write with this pen. Total disappointment.

I fell in love with my sheaffer 100
This is my second Pen from Sheaffer, previous one was VFM that broke in two pieces (Disappointed) So this time I was looking for Pen with metal body. My search ended at Sheaffer 100. It has got everything that I dreamt of :) Metal body, smooth nib, Elegant look, perfect weight, Great colour, Sturdy plus converter. Grip area is made of metal and a little oversized. One piece of advice for buyers, if you find your pen is scratchy, get it replaced right away. My first delivered pen was scratchy, nib was making noise while writing at one point and it was bloating a lot. So I got it replaced. (now I suspect that pen was used one) the replacement I received is incredible. The nib is smooth as butter. In other words, I fell in love with my Sheaffer 100.I would eat one star for disappointing me at first delivery by sending scratchy, and faulty nib.

Poor Ink Flow
I really liked this pen initially. It's comfortable to hold, and a nice weight. Then I didn't use it for a while, and the ink in the nib dried out. At first I just refilled it, but it didn't write well at all. Then, I soaked it for a couple of days to make sure there was no dried up ink inside, but it still doesn't write well. Every time I go to use it, there's no ink in the nib until I unscrew it and force ink out by screwing the converter. I have to do this, even when it's just a few hours since I last used it.

Quills at Dawn!
This is a great pen of good quality, weight and size. I have been writing with it for 2 and 1/2 years and it still looks like new. It should last for a long time...if only I could say the same about the refills- as I have gone through many of them. If they could get the refills to perform better this pen would be perfect.I briefly lent it to a couple of different people for a few seconds but I am never going to do that again as there are theives everywhere.I use it for composing, my diaries and for reviews of books and for writing notes in general. It is a great pen, though I might be tempted to get a real gold or real silver pen eventually.Or while I am at it , why not try a quill?!

Nice pen
The pen comes all wrappedup in a nice quality gift box. It looks great and writes very smoothly, although it looks a slightly lighter blue in the advert.I got it for myself but it would make a lovely present for someone else.

No converter fits
I bought this as I do like Sheaffer pens but this one was cheap and tacky. In addition, none of the numerous converters I have would fit it. Lost my patience with it, it went in the bin.

Really good but lighter in weight than expected
Second Sheaffer I have bought, the first was much heavier and at first this didn't feel as premium a pen so initially I was a little disappointed. Should be noted my original pen was almost triple the price. However once I started using it properly it's obviously a quality pen, feels good to use, the blue case colour is impressive to look at and it writes very well. It also comes in a very stylish box so would make a perfect gift. Overall impressed as an everyday writing pen
