A decent alternative
The problem with compression socks is that sometimes you want to have more fun with patterned socks so you can either wear a second pair of the compression socks or you can wear a sleeve like this and are more able to wear whatever socks you want, or even go barefoot in sandals. Bonus! Overall I like these, I give them 4 out 5 5 for two reasons, first, I think that they're not quite as compressive as I would like, better than nothing but still not quite the level of squeeze that I am looking for. The other reason is that they're quite long. I ordered a size L/XL based on my calf diameter and I am 6'2" so its unusual that something is too long. I do have to overlap a solid inch or inch and half to have the sleeve fit right, I imagine that if you're under 6' these are really going to feel long. Still, I'll keep them and recommend them.

Not Recommended for Dysautonomia POTS
The media could not be loaded. Ordered size small but they feel like a medium. If you’re like me and need to wear calf sleeves for dysautonomia, these may not be the best choice. They don’t provide enough support or compression compared to other brands I’ve tried.On the other hand, they are very comfortable because they run a bit loose. If you’re wearing compressions for fatigue or sports, these may be effective for you. I just prefer a tighter fitting compression.
