Good picture quality
I like the ease with which we can use it. Now we can see our favorite pictures all the time. I love the 16:9 screen ratio as the cell phone pictures appear on full screen. Easy to change albums using flash drive

USB port & SD card fit well
I ordered an 8" black frame for my mom for this Christmas. I had to replace first one because the USB port was too tight. Also the menu buttons on back didn't work correctly. The 2nd frame works fine. For its price it's perfect for my mom who's 86 & just wants to look at pictures. Aluratek DID send a note, asking for a review, with the promise of a free battery charger. However, the review web site listed does not exist. You do have to keep it plugged in to an electrical outlet in order for it to work. And there is no internal storage. But those are available in higher priced models. I think my mom will like this.

Alot for the price, but no internal battery
This review is for model ADMPF108F, the 8" display with 4GB of internal memory and a remote control. There is so much to like given the very reasonable price. Picture quality is good and the frame can handle the orientation of the photos, although portrait photos have quite a bit of black space surrounding them. The main drawback for me is that there is no internal battery, the unit must be plugged in and the plug provided has a very short cord. I made the mistake of assuming a digital frame would be transportable, particularly given that only one of the demonstration photos shows the power cord. Had I known the frame couldn't be used remotely, I wouldn't have purchased it.There is no touch screen, all of the controls are on the back unless the remote control is used.

Great product for the price!
I bought this for my sister who is not tech savvy at all. It's a simple digital frame that displays her photos using a thumb drive or an SD card. I preloaded them and now it's ready for Christmas.

Quick Plug & Play
Quick Plug & Play - did not need to set anything up other than insert a USB with 200+ pictures. This digital photo frame met my expectations of being a plug & play product. I will be going through my picture files for other photos to add to the photo library I have set up for my new digital photo frame. As I did not even set up the clock, I elected to plug into a timer so that the digital photo frame starts up in the morning and then goes off later in the night. I highly recommend this product /vendor to anyone who is looking for a plug & play digital photo frame.

Solid budget digital photo frame
Pretty much just as described in the ad and by all the prior reviewers. It does the basics fine, and was just as plug-and-play as promised--a rarity. Loaded a bunch of family pictures for my sister as a Christmas present and I'm confident she'll be pleased. As others have noted, and therefore what I expected, it's a bit basic and rough in design. The power plug is awkwardly placed, the stand isn't well set up for portrait display, and it's a bit annoying that the display order can't be randomized. 1 point off for those considerations. And another point off for the note included by the seller that they'd send a free gift (supposedly valued at $19.95) if I posted a positive review. That's beyond unprofessional and I sure wish Amazon would crack down on this.
