If you are acustomed to eat mets aways, candy melts, etc you dont know what a real white chocolate tastes like. This is pure heaven. Plus, it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

Best chocolate!

Excellent! The white chocolate is of a high quality. It is smooth and silky, great taste (addictive!), melts well, small size melts in 30 seconds in the microwave. Also, it comes in a resealable bag which is a huge plus (to me) to other brands. Delivery is prompt and seller adds a cool pack to help the chocolate keep its form! Callebaut is the best and I'm glad this company has made it available in smaller quantities. I will return. Taste, delivery, form, usefulness are all 5 stars however the price is very high even for the best; I shouldn't have to pay a higher price than prime rib per pound. Granted it is a lot of work to process but I'm sure the do 100's of pounds at the same time; labor is expensive but this is high even fit me. Lower price would be five stars.

Be careful what you buy! Olivenation states they “re-packaged this item from a larger size Callebaut white chocolate couverture into this 1 lb bag” but I did NOT receive the “small oval coin shape” white chocolate that they have advertised. Instead, I received the average, run-of-the-mill white chocolate CHIPS. They look nothing like the Callebaut couverture coins! That is false advertising as far as I am concerned. And I can’t return it for a refund. DO NOT buy this product!
