Bless Intimate Ross
Been doing pelvic floor PT and these have been such a huge help with that! In two months I’ve gone from size 1 being really difficult to being very comfortable at size 4 and getting ready to move to size 5.They are easy to clean, easy to use and I would definitely recommended them.

Great dilator for tight pelvic floor muscle!
The Intimate Rose dilator is like a personal trainer for your pelvic floor—challenging but rewarding! My doctor recommended it, and while it’s been a game changer for tight pelvic muscles, let’s be real: the price tag is not for the faint of heart. I’ve been working my way up from size 1 to 6 (it’s like leveling up in a very awkward video game), and it’s taken me a few weeks to progress. The quality is great, and it’s effective, but I wish it were a little easier on the wallet. That said, it’s been worth the investment for the results—it’s doing its job, one size at a time!

Helpful
My doctor recommended that I find dilators to help with my condition, and I found these after some research. I appreciate that these are silicone and come in 8 different sizes. They helped me along with physical therapy. However, I think it would be better if the brand name was etched on the bottom rather the side. I can feel it when using this product, and would prefer not to.

Life Changing
Vaginal dilators are recommended for a number of issues. My gynecologist recommended trying dilators for vaginismus, but I couldn't stomach the thought of hard plastic and wondered how that could help with pain and anxiety. After some research, I discovered these silicone ones, and they are smooth, not sticky, flexible, and come in graduating sets of 4 dilators (or individual sizes). There are a total of eight sizes. The Intimate Rose web site has a number of helpful instructional and informational videos, as well as a private Facebook page for encouragement and questions. What's more, they actually work. Many use them in conjunction with pelvic floor physical therapy (I don't). But it's more than a product--it's a community; and you discover that many women experience a variety of issues for a variety of reasons and there is hope for healing. They might seem pricey, but they are worth every penny.

Appropriate increments
This is my second set of dilators... I originally bought a different set but after getting nowhere and speaking to my PT she recommended these and I went for it. The differences in sizes as you work your way up are far more appropriate than the other ones I had used previously. Which, was part of the reason I was stalled; other sets just had too big of a jump between sizes.I would definitely say these are more comfortable than the plastic ones I had previously and it allows for some more exercises that my PT recommended.

Design flaw to consider before purchase
This product came in handy after a long haitus with regard to having intercourse following surgery. I found intercourse very painful so I ordered the dilators. I found that using the dilators before having intercourse, in addition to using lube, helped me to resume intercourse pain free. This was a gradual process and I had to be patient but the various sizes of dilators made it easy to reach my goal. The only reason I am not rating this product more highly is because the logo for Intimate Rose appears on the side of the dilators rather than on the outward facing base where it should logically be located. This means that in order to clean the dilators thoroughly I need to use a toothbrush to scrub the letters to ensure that no biological materials are left to grow on the indentations. This is a major design flaw which is why, although this product seems safe and effective overall, you may want to use a different set of dilators without this annoying design flaw that ultimately wastes valuable time during the cleaning process.
