Received in 2 days, even with free shipping, direct replacement for my ACER CHROMEBOOK model N15Q9 toddler-damaged screen, 30-pin. Watched an instructional video partway one time on another site. The screen surround just pops off, four small screws, lift tape and remove connector harness gently, then replace. It was so easy and literally was less than 5 minutes to do. I suggest that you first remove the damaged screen, obtain the original model number of the screen itself, and then order a replacement, just to be sure it is the same or compatible. My screen model number was B156xtn07.1. I note zero dead pixels. Good as new!

Easy to install. I had to turn down the brightness a little because it's brighter than the original screen.
