Q: Is this wetsuit sealed completed ?

this is a wetsuit - it allows a small amount of water in between the suit and your skin, your body warms that water up and keeps you warm.you need a dry suit if you want it to be sealed - not for surfing

Q: I am 5'6" , 190 lbs. with a waist of 38, and chest 44 would the XLS be ok

The wetsuit is tight on purpose...,you really will not know unless you try one on

I don’t know. It weighs less than my O’Neil 3/2 Heat full suit.

I do not know the measurements. But be aware that this suit is TIGHT in medium. But it needs to be tight in order to be effective. I am 5'6" and thin. The medium is good on me. Nice and warm while diving.
