It Works
Taillight works, it slides in and out. If it wasn't for the 2 bolts holding in place it would probably fall out. The original on clicked in and stayed in place. Other than that it works just fine.

Very simple to install
We got this for our 2018 outlander. Old one pooped off after two screws got removed and a plastic pin thing. New one was very easy to put in

Not a simple replacement
You have to replace the wire harness which is provided but it’s an extra step and you have to know how to do this. The factory lightbulb does not secure into the new wire harness blinker bulb attachment so we had to cut wires and adjoin it with the old light fixture which did not secure 100% properly to the light. Everything else aligned and looked good.
