Quality construction materials
We have a Christmas tree train layout and our four year old grandson is becoming more engaged with the set up. He's also a big fan of "Elf" and the scene where the narwhal says, "Bye Buddy, hope you find your Dad". With that, I was on a search for a narwahl to add to the layout. The Safari Ltd Narwhal figure ended up being perfect for the layout diorama. The molded construction materials were awesome for my project and allowed me to cut through the figurine and achieve the scene I wanted. I saved the back end of the figurine which will be added later to a diving narwhal in another section of the diorama. Well worth the money.

This is a cute realistic looking narwhal. Whatever type of plastic it’s made of it sturdy, it doesn’t feel like it will break easily. It’s bigger than I thought it would be, glad I bought it for my nephew.

I love this whole collection
I have the whole Monterey Bay collection, and I use them in my science class for teaching about marine animals and their adaptations. These replicas are great! They also make fun toys for kids, but I don't recommend them for young ones (under age 8 or so). These toys are made out of hard plastic. Their fins are pointy. As a result, you will find that kids see them as suitable substitutes for swords and use them in an all-out sibling duel. ;) That leaves the toys looking pretty beat up, and, in my experience, brings on Mom's reproach. You should only buy these for your kids if they are old enough and gentle enough to appreciate them.

Perfume smell
Really nice and it’s kinda big. I’m just wondering why it smells like a strong cheap perfume smell which I don’t care for. However, it’s really nice. Hope the smell comes off. I washed it 2wice and put it in my child’s bath 🤷🏽♀️
