Sound quality and beat is awesome but lags too much ... Can't rely on it after spending that much

Great sound quality... Comparable to BT connectivity is 03 seconds slower but nice sound effects makes it preferable.. In built batteries for outstation play should be there to have a better option like in Bose!!!

Defective Piece Received
Bluetooth audio lags. Aux audio lags. WiFi connectivity does not work - only work when connected via ethernet cable. Seller has provided a defective piece. Took it to the HK service center and even they say the same.

Crispy sound
The sound is crispy n clear but when we connect with Bluetooth there is late response sound about 3 to 4 sec, if we connect with tv as well the sound is late except these this is awesome product, if you want to use it for the Bluetooth purpose it’s an more than worth fr money but with tv it lags

Facing issue with charging the device
I gifted this product to my mom on her birthday on 19th April but adaptor is not working & device not getting charged...My window to return the device is closed on 19th April so now am clueless on what has to be done with this device...Pls advise immediately
