Excellent book...practical and easy reading ....must read for serious training...corrected a lot of mistakes I was making earlier after reading this book..the author knows the subject from a variety of perspectives...also bought the Strength Training Anatomy after reading this....

Great book .... Resolves every type of question in mind about gymming. .

Good explanation for photos given

but got 2011 edition instead 2012(latest).Since Books condition were good,I ignored edition issue.
