She sturdy but don't expect to keep her if you move
So this would be a five but let me just list some pros and cons.Pros: She sturdy, she aint goin nowhere, make sure you got her where you want itCons: instructions slightly unclear (tiny dot supposed to indicate where a hole was on the frame had me mess up and add an additional like hour and a half to undo the frustrating part of the bottoms of the beds)Holes not quite lined up where they should be but with force were able to be doneNot a one person job for sure.Probably will not be able to dissessemble and bring with us should we want to move.

Absolute Winner!
This bunk bed is worth every penny! We researched bunk beds for several days and read hundreds of reviews and finally settled on this one. We selected the twin / full model in blue. We were a bit apprehensive about the quality as the price was so low. It arrived in perfect shape in a very large and heavy box. There were a couple of bags filled with a variety of hardware and clips. Assembly was not impossible, but it did take about 2 hours. My husband assembled it himself. Directions were decent, but you really have to pay attention and make sure you don’t accidentally install pieces upside down as you’ll deeply regret that if you have to undo it…..Once assembled, we were totally impressed. It is a sturdy and quiet frame. It doesn’t squeak and doesn’t shake or feel like it’s going to fall apart when someone climbs up the ladder. It does sway slightly, but it’s definitely heavy duty. Also, love the fact that the weight limit on top is 250 pounds and the full bunk on the bottom has a 400 pound weight limit. So if you are in need of a spare bed for an adult(s) this is a great option. The frame is well constructed and the powder coating is very nice. The price is cheap, but this is NOT a cheap piece of junk. We have had this set for almost 4 months with active grandsons using it on a regular basis. We did end up placing a sheeting of press board under each mattress. We bought inexpensive mattresses on Amazon as well. The set is attractive and comfortable. A great addition to our guest room. Highly recommend!

Add a helper and this one's a breeze
I'm reviewing this because amongst items one must assemble, this bunk, by far, had the clearest, best written instructions. The header says have a helper...I'm a senior with some joint issues and I live along. I had the box delivered to a room inside (well worth the few extra dollars...I would not have been able to manage this on my own. I opened it and laid out all the pieces...lots of them. The next day I began assembly. Each piece is well marked; the 'parts' kit is also well marked so no confusion on which bolts etc to use where. Working alone I did the side assemblies. I had a visitor at an appropriate time...I needed another pair of hands to attach the main rails so it would stand up. She assisted with holding one side while I attached the rail to the other and did two lower bolts that would have been difficult for me to reach. After that, I was solo again. The manual suggests 1-1/2 hours to completion; I likely took more like 7 or 8 over the course of a couple of days. In the end I had one question and called the company. Super service with virtually no wait for a customer support agent. The bed supports me well and I am not a light-weight. If I had any complaint it was only that the Amazon offer did not show alternate colors. My bunk is gray; given the option I would have picked their blue model. Regardless, this is well made, very sturdy, and looks just fine. Every single fitting was in the right place and in the odd situation, one person can do the assembly job.

Flimsier than it looks.
This bed is flimsier than I was hoping. Had to brace it on the back to keep it from wobbling so much. The rungs are ROUND and hurt to climb! That would have been a deal breaker had I noticed before purchasing. This really needs flat rungs. They won't stay screwed tight either due to being round. Loose stepping-components is a recipe for danger. The grey pieces that keep the slats in place already suffered breakage within two months of assembly. On the plus side, the color is really pleasing, and it wasn't too much work to assemble.

Easy assembly. strong and sturdy material.
This bunk bed was very easy to assemble. The instructions were very clear. It seems to be a very strong metal that will last and hold a decent amount of weight. I am happy with my purchase.
