A flavor review after 400+ muffins
I initially began eating Mighty Muffins about 400ish muffins ago. At that point, flavors were limited and I fell in love with the double chocolate, so I ordered it 32 times. Since then more flavors were introduced, so I decided to give them a try and maybe find my new favorite. This selection seemed like a good choice, because double chocolate was included just in case the rest of the flavors weren't great. As pictured, you get two muffins of each flavor and I've eaten them all at least 10 times. From the top:Banana Chocolate Chip - 10/10. Best flavor ever, possibly my new number 1. Glad to see we can get whole cases of this now!Blueberry - 6/10. Not bad, definite blueberry flavor just not enough in my opinion. The non-flavored or vanilla muffin part is not my favorite.Cinnamon Apple - 4/10. I always very grudgingly ate this one last. I still have one in my pantry. It's lived there awhile. The cinnamon flavor is good, but the overall taste of this one is meh. I like to be a little excited about my food.Cinnamon Roll - 8/10. Like eating a cinnamon roll. Great for variety!Double Chocolate - 9/10. I'm a diehard double chocolate fan. It goes with every beverage I drink and it still hasn't gotten old-old.Lemon Cream - 7/10. Good, but not the greatest. I still enjoyed eating it.Don't be afraid to try new flavors (or just order the Banana Chocolate Chip)!

So convenient and tasty
I tried these first for the great protein content and low(er) sugar (my goal is usually 7 gm or less of sugar), and the convenience. I've used low fat milk instead of water and the texture is fluffier, but when milk isn't available water does fine. I add walnuts to certain flavors as an extra treat...I love nuts. I've seen where others use apple sauce to blend the powder which sounds intriguing. I've tried several of the variety packs, and I've liked all the flavors...maple pumpkin with walnuts or cinnamon roll with walnuts are my favs with banana caramel being my least favorite.I primarily eat them for breakfast, but I've also grabbed them for a mid afternoon snack or for a workout. These are a much better choice than doughnuts, pastries, candy bars, and chips....all the usual quick temptations when hunger hits and willpower is low. In a minute or less you have a filling and nutritional alternative. For those complaining about the taste, you have to be aware that taste levels for salt, fat, and sugar are individual so if you eat high levels of one or the other in your other foods then you are definitely going to miss them in this product.Bottom line, if you eat nutritionally or want to eat nutritionally, and need to satisfy your hunger with something convenient this is a great product. I like them so much that I've had them shipped to client sites ahead of my business trips so that I KNOW there is a good breakfast or snack available.

Filling. Chocolates are simply best for this product and I preferred plain water to mix.
So I have tried all the flavors in both the chocolate variety pack and the breakfast variety pack and there is a noticeable difference between the flavors and the variety packs in general. If I would have tried the breakfast first I might have not ordered again. For whatever reason the taste and textures you give up to have a healthier muffin is far less with the chocolate. Like a lot of other people here I think the chocolate peanut butter was the best flavor although I looked forward to all the flavors in the chocolate pack. The first one I tried out of breakfast pack was the caramel banana and it was awful, so disappointing as I was really looking forward to that flavor and had such a good experience with the chocolates. I had to power through ( is that why they call it mighty?) and I don't know how I'm going to choke the other one down. It had the worst fake banana taste and fake sugar taste. Others like lemon, blueberry and mixed berry are edible but I will not pay for them again. I would buy cinnamon bun again if I could do a "make your own mix pack".As a last note I think others reading here that are watching their calories as well as their protein macros might like to know I preferred mixing with water after experimenting with the following: whole milk, heavy cream watered down, black coffee and water, espresso powder with water and a mashed up banana with some whole milk. All of them came out fine but not an improvement over water! So save your fats and dairy for something else is what I say! After I finish this lackluster 'breakfast variety' I will continue to keep the 'chocolate variety' in stock at my house. It's a nice breakfast that keeps me full for a good long time weather I'm headed to do work or going to the gym. Highly recommend the chocolates.

Picky Type 2 Diabetic Loves Them
I bought the variety pack for my relatively newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic mother. Her dietitian stressed the importance of NOT following a keto specific diet but recommended incorporating a few keto friendly snacks into her new lifestyle. Muffins, cookies, doughnuts and baked goods in general are her Achilles heel so I've been looking for tasty healthier substitutions & options that are low carb, fiber and/or protein friendly, shelf stable (for our pantry and emergency kits) that is easy to make in a pinch. I found that in these muffin cups. She loves them all. There hasn't been a single flavor she doesn't like so far. They take a quarter cup of water and less than 40 secs to make in the microwave. I top one off with a scoop or two of frozen yogurt and give it to her whenever she needs a little pick me up or a treat. Treats like these allow us to easily keep her numbers rock solid while eliminating her urge to cheat with sweets. She loves the taste but I love that they are an extremely healthier option that she'll actually eat and I'm looking into their other products as a result. Well worth the money.

Ok
Ok, not great. Very heavy on the artificial flavor taste and artificial sweet taste. For the price point I will stick to Kodiak version.
