Just the job
I have a dodgy old fibre cement tiled roof and my tiles are constantly slipping. These worked a treat

Simple to use
As easy as copper type but looks neater

Not very good for Georgian handcut slates.
Maybe this is fine on modern slate roofs, but I end-up chucking this in the bin as it didn't seem to fit. I reverted to old-fahioned copper tingles.

Not a good fit
The idea is sound, but the execution of these fixings is very poor. The plastic is low-quality and I expect would not last, but more of an issue is that the two bits don;t fit well together at all, and when working at height could be distracting and dangerous. The bottom bit is not wide enough for the long bit to fit through...it's too tight. Honestly I'd just go with lead or copper tingles instead.

Don’t buy these
Super hard to get the moving part on, a real pain when on a roof. Once it’s on, just slides back and forth, absolutely not secure. The concept is sound but the execution is terrible.
