This really varies from cat to cat. I bought it for Archie, he's 5, he really had no clue what it was. He prefers regular catnip. I gave it to our son to take home to his cats. Chester got the cloud stuck on a tooth, he went euphoric and started to drool a little, now he sniffs it and runs away, he's 5. Uncle Julius, 13, likes this, but it doesn't make him go crazy. WonTon, just under a year, is a massive addict! He gets super playful and it sailing for hours.If you buy it for your cat and they don't like it, just share the love with another cat, they may get it.

that doesn't mean other cats might not like it. So I gave it 3 stars. Surely come cats like this. Glad I got the sampler pack.

All three of my fur babies love this "puff" and the powder. I just rub some of the powder on a corner of the puff and they go nuts with it. The puff is easy for them to pick up and throw around, they have great fun with it. The Silvervine powder is much more potent than regular cat nip, gives them a burst of energy to play!

The cats seem to love it! I do wish the cloud pillow wasn’t so fuzzy, because as the cats lick and chew, the fuzzy material comes off and the end up swallowing some of it. I ended up making a ball toy for them.

I have seen silvervine recommended as a catnip alternative, but I haven't been sure if I wanted to let my cats try it. I did some minor research and decided I would test out this small amount since only one of my three cats really likes catnip. This was perfect for testing!! One cloud puff toy and a small sample of silvervine to sprinkle on it is what I wanted and what I got. All three of my cats went crazy the second it put it down for them. It incited some kind of battle to the (almost) death over who could eat the cloud first. I think I will have to buy 2 more to stop the cat wrestlemania every time I go to refresh the toy.

My cat really goes after her little cloud when it's dusted w/ silver vine! She bats and chews on the poor cloud. But once the smell dissipates, she walks away. Well, that's how it is w/ catnip, too, except I think she loves the silver vine way better than she does the catnip. Since poor cat is on a diet, I use this to distract her when she THINKS she's hungry! As for the cost, it is a little pricey for the amount, but Cosette is worth it!

My 2 kitties didn't find this item very interesting. This is why I gave it 3 stars.
