Shiitake contains a little bit of starch. I honestly don’t know if they added any more starch as an additive. I am actually losing weight by taking the mushroom powder twice daily.

For the ppl answering “Check the ingredients,” mycelium isn’t a separate ingredient, it’s the “mushrooms” before they become fully grown mushrooms, to be simplistic and not quite exact… The question is asking if they wait to harvest until the mushroom is full grown, an actual mushroom, or if they are using beginnings of the growth, which would include A LOT of the substrate (Google it).

It contains no caffeine. It’s not mushroom coffee, it’s strictly mushroom powder.
