Q: Does this tomerry japanese gardening - nejiri kama - weeding sickle come with a reusable safety cover or sheath for the blade? thanks!

It comes with a clear vinyl sheath with a snap. Word of warning: the item I received had a blade much shorter than it is shown and the twist of the angle is too far that it won't be useful as a sickle for small yard work. I'm using it as a root digger/cutter.

Q: is the cutting edge of the blade serrated?

The cutting edge is not serrated. It is slightly crescent shaped and very sharp.

Q: Will it work to remove weeds from in between pavers?

The blade is about 3" long. It is designed to slide under the soil and cut off the roots of the weeds. I guess you could use the point to get between pavers.
