This is not an electro-acoustic guitar! Although it is a very well made instrument, the action as supplied is way too high, making it impossible to use for anything other than slide guitar (ie not fretting notes) - this information should be made clear in the product info. Also, the square neck means a standard capo doesn't fit. The only way I can play this properly is to have the nut reset by a luthier. Not happy.

This is described as an electric acoustic guitar. ...it is not. There is a higher priced Hound Dog with a built in pickup but it is not this one. I pointed out that the description was wrong and misleading and Amazon offered me a return or generous credit which I accepted. However, I am disappointed to see that it still is being incorrectly described. The instrument itself is well constructed and is good value for money. The action was set so that both slide and fretted playing is possible. I changed the strings but that was just for personal preference,

Everything arrived as expected and the instrument sounds great. I did have to repair the sound hole covers though. They fell out - a factory fault I think, simple enough to fix but not something you expect to have to do on a brand new instrument!
