Q: Is $33 exorbitant for 1 place setting for a toddler, or should the price be $10?

I bought this set at the Mall of America years ago and my grandson still wants to use it every time he comes over. It is great heavy-duty construction that holds up in the microwave and dishwasher. I will gladly pay this amount for a second set now that I have a second grandson.

We have been selling Constructive Eating Products for several years and know their production is in Ann Arbor, MI. From their website-All of our plates, utensils, and placemats are made in the USA. We test our products against FDA, CPSIA, ASTM and EN71 requirements. Our products are free of lead, phthalates, PVC, BPA and paint.I'm not sure of the source of the ingredients in the plastic but assuming production is in the midwest I would assume ingredients from the midwest also.This Company is a stunning success in a very depressed area of the US. Please direct your sourcing concerns elsewhere.
