I do not know the carbs.....but the purple tee you are showed is of inferiority quality, a mix only with marketing like attached wood spoon etc. I suggest You check loose tee ....by the ounce.

Q: Does it turn the water purple?

Thanks for your question. Pure Purple Leaf Tea will steep a purple-ish color but the blended purple teas (Purple rain, Purple Jasmine, Purple Mint) will steep a color that depends on the other ingredients in the purple tea blend. The Purple Rain steeps a purple cup of tea because it contains some purple hibiscus flowers. The Purple Mint and Purple Jasmine steep more of a golden color because the purple tea is blended with ingredients that don't steep a purple color (Mint or Jasmine green tea). - Russ from JusTea :)
