Q: I saw a review which named this the best 3D pen for kids but did not give an age range. Does the manufacturer have a recommended age for this pen?

It does not provide the age range, but mentioned it is designed for adults use, and I find the operation is little complicated for young kids, help this helps.

Q: What size pla filament does this use?

This pen uses 1.75mm PLA (or ABS) filament. It works best with SCRIB3D filament, which is available for purchase on Amazon as well.

Q: Hi, we lost the charger. how do we buy another one? help!

This item does not use a charger. You can use any power adapter that is 3.95mm barrel, center positive and 5V at least 2amp.
