Best!
I have three children and have bought every brand gun there is! Hands down Max action is the very best friend going to buy if your children are wanting a noise making gun! Unfortunately they're hard to find at stores now I wish Amazon would carry a bigger selection of this brand! We have bought this same gun many times because we love it

Good, annoying toy.
You know a toy gun is good when you hate it after 5 min. The offender can hold the trigger and it just continues to shoot NON STOP. And its pretty loud. Don't give any indication that this may bother you because they are adept at catching the slightest sigh/face/movement you may make that you aren't liking it. I made that nano-second mistake and this gun was held by my ear, white knuckled finger holding the trigger, by a giggling, jumping, 2 year old. And he's a very well behaved kid. The sound of this gun just really excites him. Soo, I have to recommend it. Kids that come over love this too. Its light weight and just makes good sounds (to them)

Decent toy gun for a child. It's safe since it doesn't actually shoot anything, project any lasers, etc. Needs adjustable volume
My son's first toy gun. I just want him to get a feel for how to hold the the thing and figured it would be perfect since this is basically a 2 handed gun for people with small hands. My live-in girlfriend is mostly against guns, although she agreed to let me get this for him now that he is almost 3. I didn't want to get him anything that shoots a real projectile yet. He can get a nerf gun in another year or two. Those can hurt when you get hit in the eye.My girlfriend also is annoyed by the sound. One review said the sound wasn't too bad. I agree that it isn't extremely loud or anything, but it does get old after a while. I wish that all the switches and knobs weren't fake. It would be nice to turn the volume way down or off. At least it takes batteries so you can take them out, but then it won't light up. At least this gun is safe for someone his age, small enough for him to hold, and only a little bit annoying compared to other guns sound-wise.

Very cool and it vibrates
My son enjoys this gun the most, it’s hard to find sound making guns these days, they are all dart or nerf style guns, so this was a good find and he loves that it vibrates when it fires

Awesome mini machine-gun
Bought two for Christmas. The gun lights up and vibrates and makes sounds when you shoot it. Our kids love them.

Not worth $10
Based on a review I saw someone commented that they were "loud."I based my purchase on that because i really want loud noisy gun so I can annoy the Sh out of my mother in law. Yes that is the point. I bought them for my nephew so he can do me the honors of annoying my mother in law. Sounds political . Anyhow they are not worth the $10 bucks each. I wouldn't mind paying $5. But you can get some guns Five and below. Maybe not as cool as these however not as loud as I'd hope. Also the for Cosplay I saw another comment. Definitely if you are into that they are worth it as well for fun.

Durable toy gun
This is a review for a 2017 purchase. We bought two guns for two super rough boys. They are still functional and still in active use. We have not changed the batteries. The sound is good for a toy gun. What prompted this review was my six year old running into the living room now with a much loved toy gun that has weathered well. A good buy.
