To be 100% transparent- i dont think the product is fully there but theres ALOT to be said about no sugars, chemical additives, or things that are toxic to humans like in neurogum (minus iron is not good to put in it) but still lot better than the other brands.So my 5 stars in good hopes they see this and make the necessary corrections.

The taste was very pleasant, I find myself wanting to keep popping them in my mouth, although I am careful after 2-3 pieces. The flavor disappears rapidly, kind of like hubba bubba gum, great then gone!I am not sure about the caffeine effectiveness. I can pop 2-3 in my mouth and not really feel anything. So that is good and bad. It does not upset my sleep or make me jittery, It keeps me awake but only marginally, it could just be a placebo effect. I don't drink coffee or energy drinks, very sensitive to caffeine.Bottom line: Great taste, taste fades quickly, no jittery feelings, caffeine effectiveness is questionable.

Not sure about the taste

Flavorful, but not like coffee and I don’t feel ‘energized’.

I purchased this product for the sole purpose of the caffeine component to eliminate a headache. I found this brand to be totally ineffective as compared to another similar product. I wasted my money.

My new favorite gum, great taste & benefits are amazing.

The caffeine content seems questionable unless the L-theanine counteracts it too much. I can take 3-4 peices and feel like I could still go back to sleep even on 8-9 hours of sleep. Which is suppose to be 180mg-240mg of caffeine. I will give it to them I don't get jittery like I do with energy drinks becauss of the L-theanine. The taste is great wish it lasted longer and wish they could have the caffeine do a little more. But good value for the money but gonna try a different brand next. I'd recommend for somebody that's sensitive to caffeine or hasn't come from a energy drink back ground. Because I was having a hard time feeling the caffeine effects but atleast I wasn't getting the negative effects that energy drinks give me too. With those because I have adhd caffeine like that just over stimulates me and I'm just running around in 10 directions feeling hyped but not accomplishing much. So far my fav gum is Rev gum and that doesn't have L-theanine. I can take 1 or 2 peices notice the differnce in energy but not get jitters and its less caffeine as each peice of Rev has 60mg of caffeine too.

It contains iron, which is a toxic nutrient that increases your ferratin level. At high levels, iron causes oxidative stress in your body. It would be unfair to single this product out because iron fortification is very common in processed foods in misguided attempt to fix anemia. Had I read the description carefully, i would not have purchased this paticular brand due to iron fortification. That said flavor and energy increase are good.
