Not sealed and has a smell
The media could not be loaded. The item was not delivered in its original sealed packaging but in a zip-lock bag. The mask has a smell as if it was cleaned with some cleaning solution. It does not look like a brand-new product like the ones I receive from my DME supplier. It is not eligible for return. This is unacceptable.
