Not the item advertised. As stated in other reviews they are just shiny cloth (stuffed) horns. They are smooth and have no texture. Will be getting returned.

The future seems small for adults
If I were wearing these as horns I would be disappointed.... I plan on using these to style my hair for cosplay. I knew they were cloth and stuffed from other reviews. The size seems small for an adult..... when I style them I will update my review!

The product description is very misleading, the horns are not made out of latex/plastic and are instead made out of fabric with stuffing inside
