Pretty awesome game so far. Very pleased with it! Love the campsites used in the game the adjustments they made from the movie version the characters the whole works. Just an overall awesome addition to the collection.Now bots. The chasing and hunting the councilors couldn't be anymore fun. Plus it gives you the chance to level up before venturing into the online world and playing against topnotch players where from what I've gathered, you're playing as the councilors most of the time and against some freakishly good Jason players. which is where bots comes in handy.You'll wanna xp up before making it to online just to kinda give yourself a firm grip on how the game works. Trust me you'll wanna know that before going up against live players. As they tend to have unrealistic expectations and expect you to know everything right from skip. But that also may depend on your adaptability.If you're already familiar with games like dead by daylight or resident evil then you'll pick it up rather quickly very easy to learn. For a survival game I'd say it's the easiest to learn. Nothing to it. From the controls to the games layout very easy. You'll learn it within the first few nights of playing it hands down. Easy to learn good graphics the whole works 😎The reason I said try it before buying it. As you see in the reviews there were quite a few people who were displeased with it. To avoid this you'll wanna try it first then maybe think about getting it. unless you're a Jason freak like me and really wanna get it go for it. but needless to say that doesn't exactly ensure anything either as there are plenty of Jason fans who were disappointed in it. So I still recommend trying it first just to be safe but as for me I pretty much knew I was gonna like it so I went ahead and got it. And I'm glad I did : )

Can be played single player

Went down to my local gamestop the other day to pick this up. Luckily they had the Standard version used for $29.99. I was reluctant to buy it then, since the employees were fairly sure I wouldn't be able to play it offline. I did it anyway and was pleasantly surprised that you CAN in fact play OFFLINE. However you must still be connected to the internet to do it... regardless the game is super fun! So after realizing that getting the additional DLC to have the full experience would put my purchase to around $50, I returned it and bought this NEW for $14 shipped. Great Buy!! Highly recommend if you're a fan of the series at all. And you'll keep an extra 20 in your pocket by avoiding gs!

I only recommend this game if you have a group of people to play with. if it’s just you or two people it’s really boring. at least a squad of 4 will provide decent entertainment. servers to connect online with other players is a bit iffy and graphics are hmmm sub par.

It was fun, but got bored rather quickly. It lost a lot of it’s appeal within an hour. I was told to play online, I might give it a shot sometime soon.The glitches are still there, bugs, but overall the game looks beautiful for an indie title.Can’t wait to see what this studio does in the future.

Bought this game and was excited to play, have seen it for awhile in stores and finally pulled the trigger. I’m not big into online gaming and was disappointed to find out that you have to be online to play this game. I did jump online with my PlayStation and play for awhile but don’t like the idea of mandatory online access to play a video game. Otherwise, if you don’t mind that, it’s a great game and I recommend it to Friday fans
