Very nice, easy set-up. They had links in instructions if help is needed for set up but I didn't need, it was simple. Read all instructions first. Came with plastic mat to lay down first. Then connected to the unit to blow up. Only took a few minutes to blow up. Then filled with water. And covered with included cover. I put mine on a outdoor un heated covered porch, that has a cement floor. Worked well it was already smooth an level. Water was 54° after filling. Dropped to 35° overnight, so I layed a comforter over to help insulate just in case. It was 95° in 12 hrs, 104° within 24 hrs. Maybe sooner I was at work.The bubble do cool it down, because it uses outside air... was 48° outside. Bubbles were surprisingly strong. So keep in mind as instructions stayed, with bubbles on and cover off it dropped to 100° .

I bought this 2 person Hot Tub for a Christmas present for my mother. I wanted to have it ready and heated for her to enjoy. The shipping took a while longer than anticipated, but with the holiday season in full force, I guess that should have been expected. I contacted customer service to get updated tracking on the order. The customer service is outstanding! They got right back to me and eased my worries. They gave me updated tracking, and it arrived one day ahead of the rescheduled day. I love and trust a company that stands by its' products and has great customer service. (No crickets sounds after purchase with this company!)It took about 10 minutes to set up and put air in the tub. I connected the three connector hoses and filled it with water. (One slight issue: I didn't notice that one of the three hoses was missing an O ring and water began to leak. I dumped out some water and installed the O ring. Everything went well after that was corrected.)It took a little over six hours to heat to 102 degrees. My mother thoroughly enjoyed it! The bubbles were powerful enough to give her a gentle massage. She felt relaxed and her aches and pains lessened.She didn't stay in as long as I thought that she would. She said the water was so warm that she just wanted to shower and crawl in bed. She loves this Hot Tub. This was a successful Christmas present for someone that has almost everything or is very hard to please.5 Stars-Product and Customer Service!

I would like better instructions. very difficult to put together with no instructions.

Right from the start, I cannot unfold the tub. I’ve tried everything even with two people. It will not open WTF very disappointed.
