This seems to do the job for which it was intended. I take it in the evenings and it does help me relax in the evenings and I don't have as many episodes as before. That's good enough for me!

I am a migraine sufferer, and my physicians have recommended various supplements to take along with the medications I have been prescribed—many of the ingredients in this product I have taken and taken simultaneously. I am not sure why, but while I was taking these (I finished the bottle), my migraines were much worse and more frequent. They haven't been nearly as bad since I finished the bottle.
