If you’re quite heavy and unsure about underwear these will fit. Also absorb really well. And the price is good.

These are not expensive, and you end up using more. They leak, rip, and just not something useful. I was using them on family member for added protection. did not hold liquid well.

Not what I expected
Not as good as I hoped. The quality isn't as good as advertised. They fall apart easily. They are adequate for the bedridden, but any physical activity, such as getting up and out of bed causes the side securements to either tear off or slide down and cause the brief to fall. Disappointed.
