I love this dumbbell set! I haven’t worked out in a long time due to fibromyalgia but I’m trying to get more active. I used to love lifting heavy weights, so I bought this set. It’s amazing! It goes from 6.6 up to 55 lbs! I’m starting at the low weights but I’m looking forward to getting up to the heavier plates. It’s easy to select your weight by twisting the handle. The unused plates easily disconnect and stay in the tray. It’s very easy to use and the weight range is convenient because I don’t have space for multiple dumbbells. I’m so glad I bought these.

These tried to kill me!I used these regularly for a few months, and while the math doesn’t quite work out on the increments, I found them heavy enough to get a good workout in. Last week, a plate came loose while doing chest presses, and very nearly took my head off. Turns out the center screws come loose over time.

Purchased as a Christmas gift, both my husband and son think these are great. Easy to use and would recommend.

My adjustable dumbbells only came with one free weight holder to be able to adjust my weights, and was supposed to come with two platforms.

I just got these today and already am loving them. While the weight intervals aren't typical round numbers, they range from 6.6 lbs up to 55 lbs. The mechanism is super easy to operate and the grip is comfortable when using. These seem well made and should last a long time provided you don't throw them across the room. This is a much better option over a full dumb bell rack and much smaller!
