Great bench. Sturdy enough - I don't advise it, but I was able to lay it flat, stand on top of it, and hang a picture. Again, to be safe, I don't advise it, but it felt sturdy enough. I think it's plenty safe. It locks into place well, is adjusted easily, and is definitely made out of steel. The weight capacity is beyond myself and what I can lift personally, but I do not know what it is rated for. It's comfort is great and not too soft to where your lower back starts to hurt. Pretty easy to use. Straightforward. You'd have to be pretty foreign to workout equipment to not manage a bench, but have no worries - mine came with a manual, so if there's any confusion, that should clear it right up. Color is true to the picture.

What a great little bench. Easy to adjust easy to store lightweight yet sturdy give you the ability to do several different types physical activities without the fear of the whole thing collapsing. Really like the padded foot holders that I can slip my feet under to give me support in doing situps, etc. Great value. Colors is not bad either.

I bought a weight bench some years ago with the intent of using it within the proper context- to lift weights and get back in shape. Years of unuse happened, and now that weight bench is used as storage for some very heavy items. Having been warned by my doctor about my health recently, I've been taking baby steps to be more active and am experiencing success for a change! Between simple walks around the neighborhood, simple exercises with resistance bands and keeping very busy when I'm tempted to eat from boredom, I am looking and feeling much better. Well, during Prime Day of winter 2023, I had a thought: "What if I had a foldable weight bench, one that I could keep in the open where I'd see it, it couldn't have stuff piled onto it, yet I could retrieve it and use it?" I searched, found and ordered this bench. First off: One star docked; This bench was missing one of the large bolts that are supposed to come with this bench. But, I got two quick release pins, so I was able to use one of the pins in lieu of the bolt. The bench has been really stable, but missing hardware can render a product like this useless and/or dangerous. Again, this bench has been really stable and fits the needs I described above perfectly! It's folded up and out of the way where no one will trip over or walk into it, yet it's in sight and ready for use at any time, and since I don't leave it out and unfolded, it is only used for exercise. In an inadvertent situation, my aging father, who, unbeknownst to me, has been wanting a way to lift weights to maintain what muscle mass he has, saw the weight bench tucked in it's corner. Despite this bench's sturdy construction, even he is able to easily unfold this bench and exercise on it, and given his age and the limitations he has due to age, he greatly appreciates the fact that you can very easily prop up the back of this bench. This gives him greater control over his workouts, and he's able to lift weights without putting himself in lifting positions that, while not harmful to me, may injure him. On the flipside, this weight bench has finally given me a means to do an exercise I've been wanting to do for years: Sit ups! I have no place to do them where I can lock my feet down. But with this bench, I do them so often that during a really good workout, I'll drop this bench's backrest down past the horizontal position for more resistance! Regardless if it's me crunching sit ups with the backrest down low, or my father doing butterfly weight lifts with the back rest tilted up, this bench is easy to configure to individual needs. While I've clearly gained muscle mass and toned down in the few weeks I've been using this bench, I am still a pretty heavy guy. Every time I've checked this bench, it's still solid. No loose fasteners, no damage of any kind, even after I then my father pull this bench out and exercise on it for an hour or so. I am very pleased with this weight bench, doubly so since it has opened up new avenues of fitness for both myself and my father!

Pros: 1. Easy to set up and fold up, and very sturdy. 2. There are jus 2 pins to insert while setting up/folding up. 3. Small footprint when folded up- Height-32” Width-8”. 4. Setup Height-18” Width-17” Length-53”. Now, some, reading this may find it humorous, so back ground in in order. 1. I am 70+. 2. I wanted this to work on my “dunlap” look. (Done lapped over my belt.) 3. For sit ups, I could just get on the floor without issue, but getting up would be a chore. 4. I wanted something where I could do sit ups and get up easily. This was perfect. 5. Since I had done NO exercising, aside from walking, for 30+ years, this purchase seemed prudent. My regiment: 1. Day 1, 2 reps of 10 sit ups. 2. Day 2, I was too sore from day 1 (see #5 above), I could only manage 1 rep of 10 sit ups. 3. Rested 3 days, then started 1 rep of 10 sit ups/day for 7 days. 4. Week after #3, advanced to 2 reps of 15/day for 7 days. 5. Week after #4, advanced to 5 reps of 15/day for 7 days. 6. Now at 5 reps of 20/day. Update 02/09/2024 It is Mid February, and I am at 7 reps of 30, will be at 8+ reps of 30 starting next week. Best Amazon buy, I have made for myself, in a while.

I needed a weight bench, but I wasn't ready to commit to a fancier one yet as I wasn't sure exactly what I needed. I looked at one of the highly recommended ones here on Amazon -- which seems to be great -- but it was high for me -- I think 19". I'm 5' 3", and the standard IPF height of 17" is best. I found this bench that was priced really well, had the right height, and required little assembly. When it arrived, I was able to do the final bits of assembly in under 30 minutes using the tools provided in the box. It seems plenty sturdy for the work I am doing -- feels even better once you're actually situated on the bench. It is really easy to fold it down, and it's light to carry. My goal was to use this bench to figure out what I needed in a more expensive one. But I just might keep this bench. My only note is that I recommend that you keep this on a good exercise mat to protect your floors -- but that's probably the case for most benches.

Thus bench is worth the money! I bought it about a year ago and figured I'd see how it held up before I wrote a review. This bench has held up great and has far exceeded my expectations. Quality is superb and I have never once felt unstable under load. The adjustments it has makes it ideal and versatile for many different movements. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice bench at a reasonable price.
