Pleasantly surprised with how amazing this scooter is… great as first scooter / can go 30mph in sports mode / folds up tiny and super lightweight/ somewhat decent battery life (says 12 miles but is dependent on how you ride… I get ~8 and I opted for the better battery!)

Great scooter but the top speed is like 32 mph it’s fun to ride I love it buying one for the whole family

Be very careful on any E-scooter. I bought this scooter to get me around my area. But thirty seconds on it, the throttle or something got stuck and I tried to break but instead of stopping it threw me airborne landing face first on concrete smashing my face, hands and arms. I look like a mummy right now. Please be very careful. These scooters can be harmful. Clearly. Now I cannot reach seller and I’ve numerous times but no response. This is the last time I order from a third party. This experience has left me traumatized. I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. I’m lucky to be alive. I had a helmet on and it did little to help me. I would strongly recommend a full face helmet, skid gloves, and a skid jacket wouldn’t be a waste of money if it saves you from a visit to the emergency room.

The media could not be loaded. I waited to do a product review until after riding my scooter for 63 miles, I can now say that it has been a very good reliable scooter! I weigh about 180 which hasn’t hindered the scooter at all as it goes 15 miles an hour even up slight inclines. I follow the manufactures recommendations for charging the battery and it lasts a long time, the scooter is stable even through light gravel/sand, and the tires have held up great. This scooter is lighter in weight than other comparable scooters, I’ve needed to take it as my mobility device on travels having survived 4 delta flights packaged up in a travel bag. It’s very durable nothing has gotten broken. Also the customer service team has been awesome to work with. After much research I thought it was the best value for the money to fit my needs. I’d recommend this scooter for both kids and adults its handles are a bit lower than my other scooter making it easier for a kid to ride. I also have a more expensive adult specific scooter and this one Is just as fun!

The media could not be loaded. The shipping was fast and came with no damage. First I would like to point out that where I am from you can rent these kind of scooters for down town use. They are very expensive and within a two week use of the scooters I used to rent I’d easily pay around $150. Sometimes more. So being able to get this scooter has saved me so much money. Then there’s the speed of the scooter the MPH are exactly as described. As you can see in the video. Also it folds for compact storage which is really great because I have a smaller home and I’m able to tuck it away and not take any extra space. I like the bell so I can warm others if I’m in their way or if they become in my way. It’s very safe for others as a warning and also to myself. The kick stand is nice no wobbling and doesn’t fall easily. Very secure. I’m trying to make sure I cover all the grounds for you guys in this review, the digital mph screen is so helpful. And the S for different speeds. I think one is for a max speed of 15 mph and the other is for 25 mph. The distance on ONE charge is true and I was worried it wouldn’t last that long but surprisingly it lasted a little longer. I would definitely recommend getting one if you commute for fun or for socializing or even for work in a city or a downtown area and even just for getting around anywhere ! So versatile. And such a fun little way to get around. It’s an inexpensive way to commute and will save you so much money rather than renting the ones they have to rent in areas these are regularly used. And saves even more on gas because gas prices are sky high these days. I hope you were able to have some questions answered with my review. I recommend no doubt !

Only goes 3-4 miles. NOT 20mi like advertised! I am 150lbs. Smooth terrain. Charged as noted in directions.No excuses!!Give me what I bought!!!Not what you want to send!!!!!
