Good sturdy ladder abd feels safe. We had to make the hatch bigger so that the unit fitted but once that was done the unit fitted easy enough. Definitely at least a 2 man job as the unit was heavy although you can remove 2 parts of the 3 steps. I'm not sure how easy it is getting it up and down yet. I think you have to use it to get tha 'hang' of it. I find the rod that unlocks it not brilliant, it comes out, but again it may be just getting the hang of it. Quality is great.

I made the purchase a few months back but only just got around to installing this, I am happy with the overall quality and it took a couple of hours to install, with measuring, cutting way the ceiling and any roof beams in the way, reinforcing the remaining areas and then finally fitting leveling and affixing the hatch. happy with the purchase and now I have easy access to my loft.

They are a lot easier to use than the previous step ladders. I had them professionally installed but I had no negative feedback and they function as I hoped. They are nice and sturdy and don’t wobble about when climbing up or down them.

This product arrived within a couple of days of ordering my builder installed this for me it’s sturdy and very practical easy to open and close x

Can’t fault it, we had a carpenter to install it and he said it was pretty straightforward. Going to the loft is no longer a hassle we can climb easily and feeling a lot safer.

Excellent ladder good quality and also looks good. Would recommend fitting left to a joiner.
