I Recently purchased Mecturing robot Vacuum, have to say its a reaaly quality product from an indian brand. It is a great addition to the home. There are pros I liked about it. 1. Its suction and navigation system is very good at avoiding obstacles and ensures there are no areas left unattended. Also, it works very quietly. 2. It has 5200 mah longer battery life, though in descripton its given 3200 . 3. Its app is user-friendly, and it has a feature to assign an area where you do not want it to enter. It has multiple cleaning Modes like Spot cleaning, automatic cleaning etc. 4. it is compatible with auto dust collector that you can buy later on.It is very easy to maintain, emptying the dustbin and cleaning the brushes is all you need.5.suction is very perfect with 4000 Pa suction, it can suck anything.Like any product, this one is not without some minor drawbacks but its special features especially its navigation system make it worthwhile. It really does save a lot of time and effort in the daily cleaning. Overall, Even though it costs a bit, I feel it a worthwhile the money spent.

I had purchased this on 31st March 2024 and writing this review after usage of five and a half months. So far no complaints and the machine is working very satisfactorily.Requested for demo of this robot immediately after purchase, as we could not understand the features fully. Company representative came home immediately and explained about the features. I went for this robot cleaner after seeing so many reviews, since it is Indian made.It is user friendly and does a great job of sweeping with good suction power. As far as mopping is concerned, don’t expect too much compared to hand mopping and but it does a neat job. Sometimes, it picks such sort of dust particles from the house, we wonder wherefrom it is picking up. It also sucks very fine dust from the floor. Though created a map for cleaning the house, not used it much. Overall, the performance of the cleaner is great.Overall rating 4.5 / 5

The lack of transparency and accountability became apparent as the product was sent for alleged servicing, only to return with the same issue unresolved.Customer Service Experience: The ordeal continued with a series of unfulfilled promises and inadequate responses from Mecturring's customer service team.
