Grandson loves this book

This was great. Allowed the little ones to get a grasp of the Narnia. great. arrived well packed and on time.

Our 5 year old asked it for her 6th birthday. She loved it. The time changes fascinated her.

I bought this book out of curiosity as I was reading the novel to my class. The illustrations in this book are simply beautiful and really capture the imagination.

This book was everything that it promised! Perfect for children with beautiful illustrations.

I have a daughter, aged 3 and a half. Ever since she was born (and probably before it was any use) I have read books for her. It is my favorite time of the day when I read her a bed time story.Now the Narnia stories have resurfaced with the new movie and going to the book store with the intent of buying the full version of the book I was delighted to find this one.The pictures are wonderful and there are little hints here and there on the pages that you can point out or even have your child point out to you (look for the owl). My daughter and I love it.There is a drawback and it is the text. It is not so good. Certainly the story has to be simplified. It is just the text writer ins't very good at telling stories for small children and the way it sometimes splits between openings shows that he knows little about a young readers endurance. For me it is all right for I know the story well and know my daughters needs, so half the time I don't go by the text at all.It is a very beautiful book however and we enjoy it.

A great book, full of great pictures for kids. We love to look at the pictures and read it together.
