Shoes are OK, But Spikes are not provided , Many missing.

These held up great all track season last year and my daughter will be using them again this year. They still fit great and are in good condition after continuous use.

The description made the sizing seem confusing. Men’s/women’s/kids. My daughter is a women’s size 7 and I ordered a 5.5 and they fit perfectly. Light weight. Easy to install spikes. Already crushed all her PR’s in one day changing from runners to these spikes. Decent quality. Delivered quickly.
