I really enjoy taking these. I’ve been taking them for 4 months, going on my 5th month now, and my nail tech constantly compliments how healthy my nails are. My hair is growing super fast and I can even see new growth hairs all around my head. My skin feels great and I’ll happily continue taking these. They’re very easy to swallow and the price is good for me. Definitely take these with a significant amount of water, because your body needs extra water in order to absorb the collagen peptides. You may feel dehydrated if you don’t drink extra when you take them! Also take with food.

I haven’t finished them yet, had them for awhile before I sincerely started to take them faithfully, haven’t seen or felt any changes, but will continue to use them! I understand these are very good for your skin health… I will definitely be-reordering them again

Not very effective. I used for three months to really give it a chance. The ingredients look like they would be good but they are not I’ve learned the hard way several times by trying these brands of collagen that offer more then 1&3 that those brands are trash. I will go back to my previous brand vp collagen and won’t be swayed by TikTok videos again. People literally tell you these ingredients with 5 types of collagen are the best and that just isn’t the truth. My skin is not in good skin health as it once was. I would not recommend this product nor any collagen products that have several types of collagen or tone of “extras” in them. Do the research yourself.
