1.1 Cu.ft Upright Freezer, Small Mini Freezer with Adjustable Thermostat, Removable Shelves, Reversible Single Door, for Bedroom/Home/Dorms/Apartment (Black)

I use this for my ferrets food. I’m able to fit almost 40lbs of meat in it and it’s pretty compact in size so it’s perfect for my relatively small room. It has 3 levels and and 2 of them are adjustable. And I only keep it on a level 2for temperature and everything is frozen solid so it doesn’t even need to suck up the most electricity.

We have a side-by-side refrigerator with a large freezer. Never mind how large the freezer compartment, it's always filled with frozen fruits, veggies and gluten free bread which I buy in excess to make sure I won't go without it. We didn't have much room for a freezer so it had to go under a table. As the 3.0 was too tall I chose this 2.1 that fits perfectly and even looks great. I am keeping a bunch of stuff in it, much more than I had thought. I set the temperature to 5 1/2 and it's doing a great job. I am glad it was available in black, my favorite color that also matches our black dishwasher. Very pleased.

There is a reason this compact freezer is several pounds lighter than most and less expensive too. It's the insulation. This one is light and costs less because it must be less well insulated than the competition. Because it runs ALL THE TIME. Literally. All. The. Time. And it's obvious how often it turns on because it makes a very audible BLONK when it clicks itself off. And you will be absolutely amazed how frequently you hear that sound throughout the day and night.That being said, it's attractive and works well. It didn't take long to cool to an adequate freezing temp right out of the box and my frozen items remained frozen from the moment I put them in it.The closed door seems to have a good seal to it and I don't get into it very often. So these aren't the reasons it runs constantly.I have the 3.0 cu ft version and it is quite large. So measure your space carefully before ordering it. I got the stainless steel version and that affects only the door. The rest of the unit is black, exactly like my full sized refrigerator and stove.And that "blonk" noise it makes (mentioned above) - do keep that in mind if it's located anywhere near your bed. It's quite possibly loud enough to wake you up (about every 15 minutes) until you get used to it. I hear it clearly from the upstairs bedroom with it positioned downstairs in the kitchen. But it's not loud enough at that distance to actually wake me up from sleep.

... I didn't get exactly what I was expecting. I received a different brand than the one described (Electactic). I received the Antarctic Star version of a 2.1 cu ft mini freezer. That said, I'm quite happy with it. Shipping was quick. It's quiet, the temperature is adjustable, and it has adjustable leveling feet on the front. The shelves are removable and adjustable, and it freezes stuff solid and keeps it frozen. Been using it a couple weeks now and have no complaints. Temperatures inside the freezer hold steady below zero.Biggest Plus! - It also works with my Xantrex ProWatt 1000 inverter. The freezer starts up just fine and then runs at about 4 to 5 watts while it is cycled on. It cycles on and off just fine with my inverter.

The size is perfect for our use. We installed it in the storage area of a 5th wheel camper. It is light weight and quiet. There are 7 temp settings. We have it set on 2, so there are 5 colder settings. Stays at 5 degrees.

Good size for a small space and with two shelves that are removeable and the front door that you can configure to the opposite side makes it an ideal freezer.

Received this and per instructions up-packed a did not plug in for 24 hours, I love this little freezer works like a dream very quiet. I hope it stays this way will update if not.

The media could not be loaded. I don't know why this fridge is so noisy, it's the noisiest fridge I've ever seen ever. The webpage shows that this fridge is less than 40db, but actually I feel that this fridge has up to 70db noise, which is even several times louder than the big fridge I have at home, just like the engine. Because I put it in my room, this refrigerator is even so noisy that I can't sleep. I would like to ask the merchant if there is a way to solve the problem, it is really difficult as well as inconvenient to return this big item. Could I be contacted by phone or customer service to solve this problem, for which I would be very grateful.
