These are excellent soy based sauces which can be used for marinating meats or fish, for stir fry, and as dipping sauces or on noodles . The set I got was the three pack with original, miso and yuzu flavors plus a small sampler size of the sweet honey flavor. I have used them both as barbecue flavor for chicken thighs and for flavoring noodles. I’m looking forward to marinating chicken thighs in these sauces since these sauces are thin compared to more typically thick American style barbecue sauces. The dispenser bottles are a nice touch making the sauces easy to dispense and the flavors are richly complex and delicious. A two or 3 pack of these would make a great gift especially since they offer several different combinations to choose from. Just keep in mind that these are more of a marinade than a thick and clingy barbecue sauce.

Taste really is authentic. This will be a go to sauce in the future.
