Excellent. Makes a lovely tea that is slightly warm and mildly peppery. It has many properties that I advise you to look up. If you've never had it before then I suggest that you drink one cup a day for 2- 3 days and it will start to work. About 3 teaspoons. Depends on your sensitivity to it. As a woman I find it particularly helpful.

Absolutely recommend this for a more herble type tea not sure if it's a placebo but certainly seems to add to arousal if stimulation occurs so take from it what you will and use at your own risk lol.
