I bought it during Diwali sale last year. Cheap and best kind of phone. Functions efficiently in my day to day work. Battery backup initially was around 2.5 days but has decreased to 1.5 days in last 5 months. Still worth 5 ⭐. Good to see Lava using clean android.

The build and quality of this phone, both hardware and software, trumps other budget phones like Oppo, Xiaomi and others.The software:The processing power can take some of the heaviest apps. My mother watches on OTTs while running Candy Crush through PIP. No lag whatsoever.The Hardware:This phone is for my mum who prefers a big screen for watching and a light phone for conveyance. This phone has a big screen and is lighter than all other phones in the house.The Features:The camera is not one to please photographers but it works well in low light to take family photos, clear scans and basically give the user decent quality photos on a Google camera than comes with so many features concerning aperture and shutter speed that I doubt my mother will ever use them. Just like the camera, the Wi-Fi and network radios are more than adequate for the price.If you are looking for a budgeted phone to use for the next 3-4 years without and hassle or lag, I recommend the Indian Lava phone above other Android phones.

I am writing the review after three days of use. I wanted to buy an indian phone with a budget of 15k, and this phone fit the bill. It is a latest launch so I will get software updates for longer time. Dual stereo speakers felt like the usp to me before buying, but it isn't all that great, there is some noise while playing music. The colours in display are vibrant. It has a good in-hand feel.Pros:1. Latest android without bloatware.2. Premium designa3. Good enough camera4. Processor is smooth for normal use, haven't tested gaming.5. Battery lasted me a day after moderate usage of instagram etcCons:1. Common slot for memory card and 2nd sim. I feel like this should have been mentioned somewhere.2. Call audio quality isn't that good.3. Display is not very receptive to touch sometimes.

Pathetic phone. Keeps hanging & restarting by itself . The phone restarts on its own atleast 20 times in a day. Would not recommend to buy.

Strong points:1) Performance - I tried COD for 3-4 hours non-stop on low graphic high frame rate. Heat control was good ✅Sustained performance (less throttling) ✅2) User Experience - You are gonna love the clean Android experience.3) Looks - Definitely one the best design in the segment.Others -Camera: 3.5/5Fingerprint sensor: 5/5Battery life: 4.5/5Connectivity: 4.5/5Weak points:1) Most annoying thing for me - There is some issue with Spotify music streaming, the song gets stopped when it's in background.2) Heating when charging.
