I've been wanting to try a mushroom coffee to see if I feel any benefits. It's only been maybe a week, week and a half, and haven't really felt any difference so far. However, one needs to give time and I'm willing to wait and see. Also, I am NOT a mushroom lover, and try to avoid them in my food. I do know they're good nutrition wise, so decided to see if I could stomach the taste. I chose this brand as it was much more cost effective than the other advertised brands, and I only use organic. The taste by itself is a bit bitter, but when cream is added as I usually do for my coffee (no sweetener for me), well, *wow*, it's absolutely delicious. Super happy with the flavor! In fact, I think about it often during the day when not drinking it! Will be buying more for sure. I bought the instant as it's so easy to pack around with me when traveling and road tripping.

This product is a great coffee alternative. I finally found something that is not caffeinated, but taste as good as coffee,I only have to use 2 scoops for a 8 cups French coffee press.

I recently switched to mushroom coffee and i am a total coffee girl so i thought it would be hard, but i love this stuff! Good flavor, mixes well with creamer and tastes good hot or iced! I will say if you like black coffee is not the same and you may not like it and if you use half and half and fake sugar (stevia/monkfruit) like my mom, you might not like it. I recommend using a zero sugar creamer or flavoring that comes with some flavor if you're watching your sugar intake but overall excellent price! I noticed a big difference in effectiveness as well in comparison to coffee. Better energy and focus without the crash

Great tasting coffee. Not sure if it’s got all the anti inflammatory benefits. Time will tell!!

I replaced my daily 4 cups of coffee with this brand . It's been a great switch, and no need for the other (2x more) expensive mushroom coffees, since I have tried them and cannot tell the difference. THANKS!

Absolutely love! The taste is definitely something to get used to but it’s not a bad taste. I can confidently say my energy levels are higher when i drink this rather than normal coffee. I will be repurchasing

Very good taste and mixability. I don't usually use instant coffee but feel this is much superior taste to what I've tried. And equal in flavor to all but exotic blends. The mushroom seems to add a unique, but subtle, "earthy" flavor. Almost smoky or woodsy.I felt a low level of caffeine buzz, just right, but a stronger than usual sense of alertness.I have used it straight, commonly 3 scoops to 8oz of water. With my favorite heavy whipping cream =, yummy. And on my fasting days will use with coconut oil and collagen powder and had good energy and low cravings all day.Another fast mornin option is a scoop of vanilla protein powder, coffee serving in a shaker cup to go.Thank you for another very fine product, Micro Ingredients.
