The yellow film on top is a protection layer for the ink, it will burn off during the firing process

Q: Can it be applied to cone 05 green ware to bisque?

This is a overglaze decal. It will need to be applied to finished pottery that has been glazed and fired. and you will need to fire to cone 018

Q: Can I use in my oven home?

No, it must be fired in a pottery kiln
